Effective Immediately!

In an effort to reduce the risk attached to accepting leads, ImproveNet will only issue credits upon request within 5 days of the contractor's acceptance of the lead. Credits must be requested within 5 days immediately following the acceptance of a lead. Please contact the representative listed on the lead confirmation sheet to request a credit.

This new policy replaces the current 10% lead fee credit.

We at ImproveNet are committed to building a rich relationship with our contractor members. We want to sincerely thank all of our contractors who are presently working with us.
