Topic: Put Shower in Clawfoot Tub?

We are renting a home and it has a old claw footed bathtub with no shower we need to somehow put in a shower. The bathroom is very small so the shower has to be in the old tub. the faucet is not located by the wall so we cannot attach the shower head to the wall any ideas
