Topic: Shower Window Privacy

My house was built in 1925. When they built it, they put a full size window in the middle of the wall the runs along the bathtub. Right now we have to cover that window with a shower curtain so that the neighbors are not able to see in. I was wondering if anyone had an idea of what I can do to make that window more private. We have discussed putting glass block half way up the window opening and then adding a smaller, crank out window at the top, but I am not sure how that will look. I am looking for other ideas that will allow for privacy as well as ventalation.
