Topic: Caulking Shower Enclosure

My shower enclosure is leeking and needs caulking. I know I have to caulk the space between the marble floor and the
enclosure's metal frame, but do I also caulk the bottom channel where the glass panel fits into the metal frame or is this a drainage location?
Any help is greatly appreciated. (It is a corner enclosure with two side panels and a center door.
