Hi, I'm about to istall some 1x6 tongue & grove pine in my basement. How long should I allow the boards to acclimate in the basement before installing? Keep in mind at present there is no heat & I live in New England(I don't know if that matters). Does the wood need to be in the basement or is my garage acceptable since I will be cutting it out there and would prefer not to have to bring it in to bring back out in a couple days. Thanks, ~Mike
