Topic: What color for my ceiling?

We are painting our kitchen a light coffee color with a "chalk" white trim. Does anyone have any suggestions? Would it look odd to paint the ceiling the same color as the trim? Would it look weird to paint the ceiling another white color? PS the ceilings are 7.5 feet.
