Topic: Help! Swarmers in my Garage

I recently walked in my garage and found subterranean swarmers coming down from the top of one of the walls. I had a termite company come out and he suggested that the termites had eaten their way all the way up the wall. He recommended putting the new technology baiting system all the way around my property ($1500) plus $300/year maintenance... Seems kinda expensive. The rest of the property is dry underneath the house with no other signs of termite infestation. When I said, why don't I just rip out the studs and put new ones in as they won't eat my house if this is new and dry...I don't want to have to shell out extra cash if I don't have to.
Anybody have experience with the new baiting systems? What would you do?
