Topic: Bleeding Mortor

The morotr has enlarged and grown over my bricks. The bricks have a heavy white coating. I suppose my only option is to sandblast and carve out the mortor, replace, and seal. Or maybe someone can direct me to the proper outfit to have this done. I live in St. Louis,Missouri.....;
