Topic: precast stone leakage

I have a 5 year old home with an ongoing problem with a precast stone facade that appears to be leaking around a circle top window over my front door. I recently realized that the subfloor around my door beneath is rotting away from water damage. Any suggestions of help is needed! I live outside Phila PA.
