We had Sears install double hung windows that our AC's do not fit in (height) as we were told. We ordered their 5000 series, as stated in our contract, but they said they upgraded us to the 7000 series (stated on the contract that they have on file) without telling us. They sent pictures of both cutaway window series showing that they are exactly the same. Is this true?
