Topic: eifs problem

I coated a wall with finish (medium sand) and after 2 days a lot of the wall bubbled and wrinkled (almost like a saggy curtain). I was told by my supplier that it was efflorescence, since the basecoat was on the wall for about 4 months unprotected. I scraped the saggy areas and washed the walls with a muriatic acid mix (10 water to 1) and patched up the areas, but today after a lot of rain it happened again, in the patched areas. If someone can help I would really appreciate it, thanks.
