Amerimax vinyl windows with Argon and Low-E366 DO qualify for the $1,500 tax credit for 2009 and 2010.
Amerimax is available mostly on the West Coast with factories in California and Colorado.

Make sure that whatever vinyl windows you get meet the new requirements for the $1500 tax credit for 2009 and 2010. Windows and doors need to have a .30 u-value and .30 shgc to qualify.
