wall-hanging dish drying racks

I would like to drip dry and store our dishes,glassware, and small kitchen tools in racks attached to wall over the sink and drain boards. The racks must wtihstand moisture and weight, and hold plates vertically. I have searched and found known ready made. Any thoughts on design,construction, fabrication? I think that Hans and Lynn's remodel of the Beton house may mention something like this. I believe these racks are common in Europe but I find nothing like them searching Euro housewares. I think the racks would be suspended between two cabinet ends or attached to wall over sinks and be 60" long and in three tiers.
