Alside vs Simonton

I have received vinyl window quotes from Window World for their Comfort World 6000 window (same as Alside Sheffield), and from Home Depot At Home Services for their 6500 Series (similar to Simonton Impressions 9800). The Window World quote was about $3300 less for 14 double hung and 7 basement hopper windows. Both companies offered the limited lifetime warranty on parts and glass breakage. My question is this: Is the Simonton window of much better quality to warrant the higher price? I know proper installation is key, has anyone had any experience with either company (pos or neg)? I never heard of Window World except for their TV commercials advertising windows installed for $189. In reality it comes out to about $300 if you want quality and aesthetics. Home Depot At Home Services does not subcontract their work, so at least I know a stable well know company is behind the work. HELP!!!!
