Q: "My User ID/password doesn't work. The login screen keeps coming up again and again."
A: It's possible your browser is not enabled to accept cookies.
Here's how to set your browser:
- In Netscape Navigator: Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Select "enable cookies"
- Internet Explorer: Go to Tools -> Internet Options ->
Security. Click on "Internet." Select "Custom Level." Scroll down to "Cookies," and select
"Enable."
