Topic: Repair Spalled Concrete Slab?

The area in my garage under where the car sits is badly pocked or spalled. Is there a product that can act as both a leveler and a paint that can be poured on. Or do I have to first put down a thin layer of some kind of patching material, and, if so, what would be the best product to use?
