Topic: Stain, Dirt Resistant Paint

I have three dogs that enjoy being dirty and the walls to prove it. The paint that is on them now, when washed, takes the paint off with it. I need to know what paint will be easy to clean and not take on dirt easily. Please help, my hubby is about ready to kick the dogs out.
