Topic: Min. temp. for exterior painting

What is the minimum temperature for painting the exterior of a structure made up of a wood exterior? I live in a condo in San Jose that is having the exterior painted. It's about 9am and the frost hasn't melted off the exterior wood siding. The siding may not be 100% wood, but some kind of composite - it's not aluminum or fiberglass. I'm guessing it is not yet 50 degrees outside. I'm asking because I'd like the opinion of neutral paining experts. Thank You.
