Topic: Errors on blueprints

Plans submitted for permits by our architech contained some items that the city required to be changed/corrected, i.e., some bedroom windows shown on the plans were not to code, among others. Is it standard practice for the architech to charge to make the corrections to the plans and charge for the cost to reprint new corrected pages?
