Topic: flagstone floor resurfacing

I have a flagstone floor, inside, that got dulled up last year from mud and wallboard dust when we remodelled the room. I was going to bring it back to shiny with stone sealer but then learned that you can't put new sealer on top of a previously sealed surface. To use stone sealer I would have to strip off all old sealer and reseal. Do you know of products to do this? Also, is there any product I can just put over the old sealer, after thorough washing of course? Any waxes, etc? My wife wants to try Brite 1 step cleaner brightener she uses on the linoleum. Can linoleum products be used on stone? Glenn
