Topic: Clammy bathroom walls

I recently peeled wallpaper off bathroom walls, cleaned them, and painted them with Valspar American Tradition 100% acrylic, semi-gloss enamel. I put 2 coats, letting the paint dry for several days between coats. It has been about 4 months since I finished painting and the walls still feel clammy. Where did I mess up? What can I do to remedy this situation? Thanks for your help!
