Topic: Can You Reuse Tile?

Because we hope to clean and re-use the ceramic tile we removed from the walls around our bathtub, we very carefully removed them, and DO hope to be able to reinstall them.... But is there a solution we can soak them in to help clean them up? There is quite a bit of old grout and plaster that is not simply falling away, as we had hoped. Because we've found so many problems that have had to be fixed, and are sinking a LOT of $$$ into this remodel, buying new isn't an attractive option. Thanks!
