stains coming through Kilz

We are working on painting the kitchen cabinets. They are dark brown (I think from the 70's) and have been painted at least once before.
We have patched and sanded the doors. We are priming them with two coats of Kilz Total One. Unfortunately, on a couple of doors a few small stains are coming through the primer. What can I do to block these stains?
