Okay- Hope you dont think it snows year round here! Just so you know it was a gorgeous sunny day here with a high of 70.

If the liquid nails works, why no use it instead of introducing holes into the concrete, risking spalling, water infiltration, etc.?

If the concrete is dry, why not standard studs? Does the arsenic in the would off-gas or is it only a worry through physical contact?

Thanks, and hopefully someone with more cold climate experience will aid me on this.
