I don't know of anyone who makes Corian thresholds, but any Corian fabricator should be able to make one for you. Ask at a kitchen store or home center who fabricates Corian for them call the up. They'll tell you if they can or will, or refer you to someone who would be willing to make one. It wouldn't necessarily have to be Corian brand--it could also be HI-MACS or Staron, both of which are acrylic products.
