Jeffrey I. Rassás, CEO/Co-Founder
As co-founder and CEO of ImproveNet, Inc., Mr. Rassás is responsible for driving the company’s strategic plans. Previously, as founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of EBIZ Enterprises, a Linux solutions provider, Mr. Rassás leveraged his business expertise and network to raise over $20 Million dollars to take EBIZ public in 1998. Under his leadership EBIZ Enterprises grew from a one-man operation to over 150 employees with revenues exceeding $50 million. Between 1989 and 1995, Mr. Rassás founded and operated The Wilsaac Group, Inc., d/b/a DLC Consulting, an office services outsourcing firm for Fortune 1000 companies. DLC Consulting grew to over 200 employees before it was sold to Parcelway/Dynamex, a division of Air Canada. In 1985, Mr. Rassás co-founded ITS Travel Group, Inc., Arizona’s third largest travel company. The company was sold in 1989. A two-time finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award, Mr. Rassás has been a guest speaker at the American Graduate School of Business (Thunderbird) and at technology trade events around the United States. Mr. Rassás holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Homayoon J. Farsi, President/Co-Founder
As co-founder and President of ImproveNet, Inc., Mr. Farsi is responsible for the day-to-day service, technical and business operations of the company. Mr. Farsi brings more than 25 years operations and management experience in the software industry to the company. Prior to eTechLogix, he co-founded and worked as CEO & president of software companies Systech and First Systech International. He has held key executive management positions with software and hardware vendors such as Taylor Management Systems as executive vice president and Unisys Corporation as vice president, International division. In addition to his operational and technical skills, he has a deep knowledge of manufacturing, distribution and business systems. Mr. Farsi holds an MS Degree in Computer Systems from University of Salford, England.

Naser U. Ahmad, CTO/Co-Founder
As co-founder and CTO of ImproveNet, Inc., Mr. Ahmad is responsible for all technology development and client service delivery for the Company. He is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s domestic and international technology development organizations. He brings more than 25 years experience in the development of technology and enterprise software solutions for business to the company. He has held key positions with companies including Caterpillar International, Santa Fe International, Taylor Management Systems and First Systech International. He has been instrumental in the development of leading edge technology throughout his career and continues to be on the forefront of technology. Mr. Ahmad is a graduate of the University of Karachi with a BA in Accounting and a postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science.

Jeffrey R. Perry, EVP Mergers & Acquisitions and General Counsel
As EVP Mergers & Acquisitions and General Counsel, Mr. Perry is responsible for the day-to-day legal operations of the company, oversees the strategy, planning and execution of the company’s M&A efforts, and leads the company’s M&A integration activities. Mr. Perry has experience in structuring mergers and acquisitions involving public companies. He began private law practice in 1988 and is licensed to practice in both Arizona and Texas. Mr. Perry served as an investment manager and financial advisor with Prudential Securities from 1997 to 2000, receiving recognition for outstanding performance. Previously, Mr. Perry founded and held the position of president and principal financial officer for several private companies which developed proprietary consumer sports products and sports themed gifts with distribution through a network of national catalog companies. He holds business, political science, and law degrees from Southern Methodist University.
